Rebuilt kitchen Delta faucet. Replaced Delta Shower valve cartridge in master bathroom.
Removed failed main water pressure regulator valve, thermal expansion tank and leaking kitchen faucet. Installed new main water pressure regulator (water pressure before 80 psi, new water pressure 60 PSI) with thermal expansion tank calibrated to new water pressure and new Delta pulldown sprayer kitchen faucet to stop leaking. Tested OK.
Replaced a.o smith water heater pilot assembly.Removed excessive lint,dust and debris from air arrest or chamber; caused by dryer vent terminating in garage 4 feet from water heater.
Troubleshot lights not working in the kitchen and upstairs hallway. Found and replaced 2 bad 3 way switches. Performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections. Customer has an Angie's list coupon. $75 for $150.
Estimate to run gas line for gas grill in patio.
Replaced universal pressure switch with O.e.m switch on main level unit.
Main level unit not heating.Turned system on an found that inducer motor would come on but igniter would never lite due to universal pressure switch wouldn't close & sucked on hose which wasn't allowing switch to close.
Cabled and jetted kitchen sink line 50 ft to clear and clean line from under kitchen sink.
Replaced GFI outlet is now holding load properly.
